Once you visit the clinic, you have to perform the body composition test, in order to be able to determine your body composition.

Only the indirect calorimeter test used at Belallure can specify the amount of calories we really burn, on the opposite, while other tests can only specify the amount of calories in theory.
Your metabolism is comprised of resting metabolic rate (RMR), the number of calories your body burns each day with little or no activity. By measuring your RMR we are best able to determine the most appropriate calorie budget (how much food to eat) to help you achieve your weight management goal.
All individuals have a metabolic rate specific for their body.
The results are obtained immediately after the 10-minutes test.
Once the calorimeter test is done, every patient is provided with a full report including a menu plan, activity protocol as well as nutritional recommendations.
